What is a no win no fee agreement?
A no win no fee agreement is also known as a conditional fee arrangement. In simple terms, it means that a solicitor accepts to represent you legally, on the understanding that if they do not win the case they receive no fee.
What happens after my claim is successful?
When your claim is successful you still have no fees to pay. This is because in English Law the legal costs of the winning side are paid for by the losing side. These fees are claimed back on top of any compensation that is awarded, meaning you get to keep all 100% of the money you deserve.
What happens if my claim is unsuccessful?
In the rare event that we are unsuccessful in your case, you still have no fees to pay. This is because an insurance policy is taken out for each case. This insurance will pay the legal fees of the other side if we are ordered to pay them.
