How much will it cost me to make a claim?
We will put you in touch with a solicitor that will handle your case under a No Win – No Fee agreement. This means that in the event that your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be charged anything. If you do win, your solicitors will recover their fees from the losing side.

Who pays if I lose?
If you lose, an After the Event legal expenses insurance policy taken out on your behalf by our solicitor will pay for the the costs of a medical examination, private investigator fees or court fees and defendant solicitors fees.

How long will my claim take?
The whole process of the claim can take from three months up to eighteen months, depending on the extent of your injuries and how cooperative the defendant is. You can help your solicitor settle quickly by keeping in constant contact so that any queries can be cleared up as soon as possible.
