Traffic Accidents
Road traffic accidents (RTA) are the most common
cause of accidental injury and you are entitled to claim for compensation
if you are injured in an RTA where someone else is at fault.
If the driver of another vehicle is responsible for a crash in which
you are injured, or you are a passenger in a vehicle where the driver
is to blame for an accident, you can make a claim. If you are a pedestrian
or riding a bicycle and you are hit by a vehicle whose driver caused
the accident, you can also make a claim.
